Pacific Spirit Loop (University Endowment Lands)

Pacific Spirit Park is one of the best places to trail run in Vancouver. The park is located just outside of UBC, on the shores of Georgia Strait. With over 70km of trails, and spanning more than 750 hectares, this park offers a variety of trails to run, for runners of all levels. The trees make for nice shade on hot, sunny days, and keeps most of the trails dry on rainy days.

The trail along Spanish Banks offers stunning views of the North Shore mountains and Burrard Inlet. This easy, non-technical trail offers a soft climb, suitable for beginners.

Along the shores of Burrard Inlet, this trail in Rocky Point Park is the perfect fun run for runners of all levels in the Tri-cities.

This route is perfect for running with your dog, or if you’re a dog-lover. Taking you along the beautiful English Bay in Downtown Vancouver, the route ends at Coopers Park, a popular off-leash dog park.
